Barberstown Castle is a four-star historic castle hotel dating back to 1288, nestled in the heart of Ireland’s Ancient East. Just a short drive from Dublin, it’s renowned for its award-winning dining, elegant bedrooms, and warm Irish hospitality, hosting everything from intimate leisure breaks to grand weddings and corporate events.
The Problem
Managing tips manually at a 145-strong team was consuming hours of administration time each week. On top of that, ensuring staff had the right change and that everything was distributed fairly was a constant operational headache for the Barberstown Castle Hotel team.
