Bastible’s Story

Bastible, based in Portobello, Dublin 8, was started in 2015. It offers a tasting menu of modern Irish food, which earned them their Michelin Star in 2022.

Bastible currently have 15 team members that all contribute to the outstanding food and customer service that drives their business.

The Problem

The manual admin around tipping was becoming a time-drain for Bastible.  As well as this, their biggest pain point was unequal transparency. While front-of-house teams could physically see what was being pooled, chefs in the kitchen just had to take everyone’s word for it.
